Fiadora

FIADORA is a light blonde beer (4.5%) characterized by the use of malted wheat, coriander seeds and bitter orange peel; it's unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle.

In the glass it is straw blond with a pleasant haze given by the presence of wheat and the refermentation; the foam is light and white.

On the nose you can appreciate spicy, citrus notes and hints of cloves; in the mouth the slight acidity given by the wheat, the slender body and the very slight bitterness make it a refreshing and drinkable beer.

Ideal drunk as an aperitif or combined with light dishes, it also goes very well with fried foods.
